From the country of Cameroon these spectacular bronze thrones are reserved exclusively for the use of the king. Hand cast, the bronze features several tribal elders holding up and supporting the king. A royal ceremonial bell and the symbol of Cameroon itself, the 'Gwono Pe Tou' decorates the lower base. Each throne that we are privileged to come across has different motifs. Older thrones have featured ivory. Ivory is prohibited now. These special seats come into our possession every now and then or upon request.
